Activities planned for Workplace Wellbeing Day

As above.

We are:

- having a nurse on site to complete some health checks on emlpoyees who would like to avail of this service

- having some healthy snacks available for staff

- inviting staff to sign up for a 5k/10k or half marathon walk or run - we will sponsor the entry fee. the event is in June and is in aid of Crumlin Hospital.

- inviting staff to do a short fitness planning session with a personal trainer on site to plan for the event
